Who We Are
Let’s Grow Therapeutics: Concierge Pediatric Therapy That Comes to You
We know life is busy, which is why Let’s Grow Therapeutics brings concierge, mobile pediatric therapy directly to your child’s home, daycare, or pre-school in the Lake Norman and Charlotte area.
Therapists specialize in occupational and physical therapy, helping children build fine and gross motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, feeding skills, and social-emotional confidence, all in the environments where their everyday lives unfold.
Unlike traditional clinics, we don’t just teach skills in a therapy room. We work with your child where they live, learn, and play so that they can practice, generalize, and thrive in real life.
Signs Your Child May Benefit from Pediatric Occupational & Physical Therapy
Empowering Your Child to Thrive
As a parent, you are your child's first and most important advocate. It is natural to compare
your child's development to their peers, and sometimes, a little extra support can make a
world of difference. Pediatric Occupational Therapy (OT) and Physical Therapy (PT) are
distinct but complementary services focused on helping children achieve independence
and participate fully in their daily lives.
Occupational Therapy focuses on the "occupations" of childhood; playing, learning, and
self-care, by addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and
visual-perceptual abilities.
Physical Therapy focuses on gross motor skills, strength, balance, and mobility, ensuring your child can move through their world with confidence
and ease.
If you notice any of the following signs, your child may benefit from a comprehensive
evaluation.

Let's Grow Therapeutics collaborates with Brianna Marino PT, LLC to offer comprehensive pediatric physical therapy services.
Brianna Marino, is a pediatric physical therapist and the founder of
Brianna Marino PT, LLC. She has spent the past six years working as a pediatric PT in a variety of clinical and community settings, supporting infants and children with needs ranging from head shape concerns and torticollis to gross motor delays, strength, coordination, and overall developmental progress. She created this practice to bring high-quality, personalized pediatric therapy directly to families in their homes and communities, where children learn, play, and grow best.
Her approach goes beyond traditional therapy. While she helps children overcome challenges with movement, strength, coordination, and development, she is equally passionate about prevention and early support. She believes therapy shouldn’t only begin when something feels “wrong.” Instead, she partners with parents to monitor development, address concerns early, and build strong movement foundations that support lifelong health and confidence.
Education and empowerment are at the heart of everything she does. Parents know their children best, and she loves equipping families with the tools, knowledge, and strategies they need to support progress between visits. Together, we create practical, realistic plans that fit into daily routines, because meaningful change happens in real life, not just during sessions.
Her goal is simple: to help children move well, grow confidently, and thrive, while giving parents the clarity and reassurance they deserve along the way.
